A Social Ecology Advanced Field Study Student, Michelle Krehbiel, worked with Community Action Partnership of Orange County (CAPOC). Michelle secured grant money from the Blum Center to provide more backpacks to students in need.
We distributed over 200 backpacks filled with school supplies for children who could not otherwise afford them. I am so thankful for my experience in the Advanced Field Studies program. It helped to open so many doors for me and the experience of helping others has been a blessing. Thank you Ashley for helping me make the decision to be a part of this amazing opportunity." - Michelle
