Same Day Services 

Field Study Clinic - Application Prep & Support 
  • Summmer Session I Field Study Clinics available every Wednesday (4/23-5/14), from  2PM - 3PM. 
  • Join us for an informative session designed to guide and support students through the placement search process.
    • Topics to be Covered:
      • Planning and Applying: Learn how to plan your applications strategically.
      • Resumes and Cover Letters: Discover tips to craft compelling and professional application materials.
      • Best Practices and Tips: Gain insights to enhance your overall application process.
    • Additional Support:
      Individual advising will also be available for personalized guidance.

 Same-Day Appointments
  • Available on select Wednesdays from 3pm - 3:45 pm
  • Same-day appointments will open at 9 am every Wednesday
    • We apologize for the inconvenience; same-day appointments are not available today (1/29/2025). We will be back next Wednesday! We invite you to join our Field Study Clinic today at 3pm, scroll up to find the meeting link. 
  • Great for brief and quick questions! 
  • Limited to a max of 15-minute session with a Field Study advisor

Advanced Field Study Appointments 
  • Best for special student cases, complex field study placements, and more specific questions
  • Appointments will be available over the phone, via video call (Zoom), and in person. 
  • 15 to 20-minute appointments are available at selected times during our regular business hours of Monday through Friday, 9 am to 4 pm. 
  • Please cancel 24 hours in advance of your appointment. If you show up late, cancel less than 24 hours, or no-show more than twice you will be BLOCKED from making appointments for the remainder of the current quarter and can only do same-day drop-ins.
