Deans Award for Community Engagement -Award Amount $1,500
The Deans Award for Community Engagement recognizes undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in the School of Social Ecology. Students must contribute their talents and become active members of the community while they are pursuing their academic degree. Contributions and support by Alumni make this award possible.
Strauss Scholarship - Award Amount $4,500
The Strauss Scholarship is given to meritorious Social Ecology students who are interested in and planning for a career in Public Service. Public service includes government at any level, public interest organizations, non-government research and/or educational organizations, and public service oriented non-profit organizations such as those whose primary purposes are to help disadvantaged persons or to protect the environment.
Fudge Family Foundation Scholarship - Award Amount: Up to $5,000
The Fudge Family Foundation has established a limited-time scholarship opportunity for Social Ecology students who have a strong academic record and who have established financial need because they are self-supporting or have other personal hardships that would make it difficult for them to complete their studies without this assistance. Fudge Family Scholars will have demonstrated a strong work ethic and self-motivation.
