Bonnie Reiss Leading on Climate Fellowship

Through the University of California, Office of the President, each UC campus receives funding for 6 student fellows around 2 focus areas: (1) Climate Action, and (2) Sustainable Food & Agriculture. Student fellows are placed within a department on campus to complete these fellowship projects from September 2026 to June 2027. Fellows receive a $5,000 stipend. More information can be found on their website. Priority deadline is May 1st.

The UPPP Career Fair is this Wednesday, April 29, 2026 from 2:00pm to 5:00pm in SBSG 1517. Join your fellow classmates in an opportunity to speak with representatives from local cities, agencies, and private companies as they share about upcoming job openings and tips on how you can prepare for your next career move! Research assistants are being recruited for a collaborative study at UC Irvine by the THRIVE Lab and Brain, Body & Behavior Driving Simulation Lab. The focus is on parent-teen relationships and traffic safety. Motivated, detail-oriented individuals are needed to help with coding through the end of August.
