We are excited to invite you to apply for the Hispanic 100 Foundation Mentorship program. We are currently looking for a group of dedicated, ambitious, and community-focused students to join us for the transformative opportunity designed to empower students like you with the tools, guidance, and resources needed to achieve long-term, sustainable success and to uplift the Latino/a community.

What You Will Gain:
As a mentee in Hispanic 100, you will:
Receive one-on-one mentorship from experienced professionals dedicated to your growth
Attend monthly topic-based workshops covering essential and transferable skills including finance, education, leadership, business etiquette, resume writing, sales & marketing and more
Develop and achieve your personal goals through structured goal-setting strategies
Earn a certificate of completion upon successful graduation from the program
What your Mentor Will Provide:
You will gain one-on-one assistance from Hispanic 100’s accomplished mentors who will:
Meet with you for a minimum of four hours per month
Help you identify and achieve your personal goals
Provide access to special events aligned with your individual goals
Offer ongoing support, guidance, and encouragement throughout your journey
Program Requirements:
To “graduate” from this program, and receive your certificate, first-year mentees must:
Attend the (once monthly) Saturday meetings on campus
Successfully attend a minimum of six-monthly topic-based workshops
Meet with their assigned mentor for a minimum of 4 hours per month
Volunteer/participate in a minimum of six community service events hosted by Hispanic 100
