Hispanic 100 Leadership & Mentorship Program

We are excited to invite you to apply for the Hispanic 100 Foundation Mentorship program. We are currently looking for a group of dedicated, ambitious, and community-focused students to join us for the transformative opportunity designed to empower students like you with the tools, guidance, and resources needed to achieve long-term, sustainable success and to uplift the Latino/a community.  

“The Hispanic 100 Foundation was established to develop and promote leadership from within the community and to advance free-enterprise principles through advocacy, mentorship, and educational activities that impact the population as it relates to the overall social and economic good for all Americans.” 

 

What You Will Gain:  

As a mentee in Hispanic 100, you will:  

  • Receive one-on-one mentorship from experienced professionals dedicated to your growth  

  • Attend monthly topic-based workshops covering essential and transferable skills including finance, education, leadership, business etiquette, resume writing, sales & marketing and more  

  • Develop and achieve your personal goals through structured goal-setting strategies 

  • Earn a certificate of completion upon successful graduation from the program  

What your Mentor Will Provide:  

You will gain one-on-one assistance from Hispanic 100’s accomplished mentors who will: 

  • Meet with you for a minimum of four hours per month 

  • Help you identify and achieve your personal goals  

  • Provide access to special events aligned with your individual goals  

  • Offer ongoing support, guidance, and encouragement throughout your journey  

 

Program Requirements:  

To “graduate” from this program, and receive your certificate, first-year mentees must:  

  • Attend the (once monthly) Saturday meetings on campus 

  • Successfully attend a minimum of six-monthly topic-based workshops 

  • Meet with their assigned mentor for a minimum of 4 hours per month 

  • Volunteer/participate in a minimum of six community service events hosted by Hispanic 100
